Community Pause and Rest

Summer session to support rest. During this hour we will practice welcoming rest, together, into the body. This class may include breathing practices, meditation and gentle movement. A portion of the class will invite folks to lay down or find a shape in which the body can rest comfortably. All bodies welcome. This summer series will offer you an opportunity to create a ritual of rest for yourself, that you can carry into your daily practice. 

Class led by Julia Jakubowski. Julia is a student and teacher of somatics, yoga and meditation for 20+ years.
