Jessica Bogh
Hi, I’m Jessica ! My love of movement started with gymnastics and dance, and over the years I’ve explored all kinds of ways to move, including hot yoga, aerial yoga, Pilates, barre, CrossFit, and weightlifting. I’ve been teaching since 2013, and yoga holds a special place for me because I love the way it connects body, breath, and mind. I believe the best kind of movement is something you actually look forward to, and I love helping people find a practice that feels good and fits into their lives. Whether you’re new to movement or looking to try something different, I’m happy to meet you where you are. I’m looking forward to practicing together!

Carissa Morris
Hi, I’m Carissa. Yoga has been an important part of my life for many years, and I’ve had the joy of teaching since 2011, when I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training. Yoga has taught me how to slow down, breathe, get out of my head, and come back to myself—and that’s what I love sharing with others.
I teach both vigorous and slower, more meditative styles of yoga. My more active classes focus on strength, movement, and balance, while my slower classes invite deep breathing, longer holds, and being present in your body. I love that yoga gives us space for both—the yin and the yang.
I believe yoga should be approachable, enjoyable, and a little fun. There’s usually a great playlist involved, too. I hope you’ll come practice with me sometime!

Brittany McMurray
Hi, I’m Brittany. I believe yoga is an opportunity to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with ourselves through mindful movement, breath, and stillness. I’ve been practicing yoga since 2009 and deepened my practice in 2022 by completing my 200-hour Yoga teacher training. My classes reflect my efforts to strike a balance between my demanding career and the practice of yoga. I encourage curiosity, softness, and balance, helping students leave feeling more grounded and connected to the alter within.

Dan Cuppett
Namaskaram. I was introduced to the esoteric teachings of GI Gurdjieff at the age of 12 from a second generation Gurdjieff student. At that age I did not yet understand the significance of these teachings. I became a spiritual seeker at age 15 after becoming non-religious. I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and later returned to learning and practicing the Fourth Way of Gurdjieff in 1999. I spent three years, from 2005 to 2008 as a member of the Gurdjieff Foundation of Canada learning from many teachers and masters. This included learning and leading meditations (called sittings in the Gurdjieff tradition) as well as practicing the teachings and working with groups. During this time I also studied the ideas of other esoteric teachers. Despite steady progress in my spiritual journey I always felt like I was somehow hitting some walls. I was then introduced to classical Yoga, but as a form of non-metaphysical science – a sort of psychology beyond what Western psychology understands oracknowledges but is not something outside of “this world.” Since then I have been learning teachings based on the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and doing daily practices of meditation and Kriya Yoga. This has greatly boosted my spiritual journey past many of the walls I was hitting to a place where I am more aware than stuck in memory and imagination.

Jennifer Nice
Hi, I’m Jen. My yoga journey began in the late 1990’s when Cindy’s Gym in McMinnville began offering yoga. After many years spent participating in traditional sports, dance aerobics, and running, yoga offered me something different and profound, and I’ve never looked back. In 2024 I completed my 200 RYT yoga certification at the Yandara Yoga Institute in Baja and have been teaching contract, and community yoga classes ever since. I enjoy teaching a vinyasa style practice that focuses on strength, balance, flexibility, and breath work. Yoga truly is for every BODY; it transports us into embodied presence within each present moment. I strive for accessible and creative class sequencing with clear cueing and modifications offered for most poses. I wholeheartedly trust in the healing power of yoga, where breath, movement, and mindfulness intersect to energize, ground, and calm us. No matter how we’re feeling when we step onto our mat, we always feel better at the conclusion of our practice. I hope to see you on the mat soon!
