About Us

A Different Kind of Yoga Space

Another Realm Yoga Cooperative

We’re not here to fit yoga into a mold—we’re here to expand it. Our studio is a collective of teachers, styles, and perspectives, all rooted in the belief that movement, breath, and awareness should feel accessible, supportive, and real. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning to a long-standing practice, this is a place to explore, reset, and reconnect—without pressure or expectation.

What Makes Us
Different

As a cooperative, we operate a little differently than traditional studios. Our teachers are collaborators, not just instructors. Each brings their own voice, experience, and approach, creating a diverse and evolving schedule that reflects the community itself. There’s no single way to practice here—and that’s the point.

Our Space

You’ll find us inside the historic First Street Chapel—an old church with a lot of character and a lot of heart. The space is filled with natural light from its original windows, high ceilings, and a quiet, grounded energy that makes it easy to settle in and breathe. It’s not brand new or perfectly polished—and we like it that way. It’s a little quirky, a little worn, and deeply inviting. It’s the kind of place that feels good to practice in—simple as that.

Our community

We welcome beginners, experienced practitioners, and everyone in between, with no expectation to look or move a certain way. It’s a place to show up, find your rhythm, and take a breath alongside others doing the same. Over time, familiar faces turn into connection, and the space becomes something more than just a class. We value connection over comparison, curiosity over judgment, and progress over perfection.

The Exchange

How to Pay

Because we’re a cooperative, our pricing doesn’t follow a single studio-wide structure. Each teacher sets their own rates, which are always listed in the class description so you know exactly what to expect before you book. This allows our teachers to operate as independent collaborators while offering a wide range of class styles and pricing options for students.

In practice, this may look a little different from class to class. Some teachers offer sliding scale options, which means you can choose a price that fits your situation. These often include lower-cost options for regular attendance or class packages that bring the per-class cost down for people who practice more frequently, as well as standard drop-in pricing for occasional visits. Other teachers prefer a flat rate—typically around $10–$15 per class—that stays consistent each time.

We do not process credit card payments at this time. Payment can be made via cash, Venmo, or check. No matter the format, everything is clearly listed so you can choose what works best for you.
