A Collective Approach to Yoga

Hot Yoga

Hot Yoga is one of our primary offerings, designed to challenge and energize your practice in a heated environment. The room ranges from 80 to 105 degrees depending on the season, creating space for deeper movement, increased flexibility, and a powerful mind-body connection. This class is best suited for intermediate to advanced students who have some prior yoga experience and are ready to build strength, endurance, and focus.

Each class offers a slightly different experience throughout the week. Mondays bring our most intense and physically demanding flow, while Tuesday’s 4:30 PM Heated Vinyasa is a shorter, 45-minute class that offers a more approachable pace while still delivering the benefits of heat and movement. No matter the day, expect to move, sweat, and leave feeling stronger and more grounded.

Yoga Flow & Dynamic Yoga

Yoga Flow
Yoga Flow is a vinyasa-style class designed for students ready to build on an existing practice. We begin with breathwork to ground and center, then move into a steady, flowing sequence that links breath with movement. Expect traditional vinyasa elements woven throughout, creating a balanced and energizing experience. This is an intermediate-level class, best suited for those with some prior yoga experience, though options are offered to support and challenge you along the way.

Dynamic Yoga
Dynamic Yoga is a more approachable, all-levels class rooted in a hatha-style practice. Movements are slower and more intentional, with a focus on alignment, strength, and mobility. This class offers space to explore poses with clarity and control, making it a great option for both newer students and those looking for a less fast-paced experience. Modifications are offered throughout, allowing you to move in a way that feels supportive and sustainable.

Meditation

Meditation
Our evening meditation offerings provide a space to slow down, reset, and reconnect. Through guided stillness and intentional breath, this practice supports balance across body, mind, and spirit—helping to reduce stress, improve clarity, and cultivate a deeper sense of presence. Each session offers a slightly different experience, inviting you to explore awareness, breath, and inner stillness in a supportive environment. With gentle guidance and moments of quiet reflection, you’ll have the opportunity to step away from the noise of daily life and reconnect with yourself—leaving with a greater sense of calm, clarity, and ease.

Pilates Yoga Fusion +Barre

Yoga Pilates Fusion
Yoga Pilates Fusion blends the mindful movement of yoga with the core-strengthening precision of Pilates. This class is designed to tone, stabilize, and build functional strength through controlled movement and breath. Expect a mix of flowing sequences and targeted work for the core, glutes, and full body, often incorporating small props such as light weights, balls, or resistance tools to deepen engagement. It’s a great way to start your week, offered Monday at 8:30 AM, leaving you feeling energized, strong, and centered.

Barre
Barre is a strength-based movement class inspired by ballet, Pilates, and functional fitness. Using a chair to emulate a traditional ballet barre, this class focuses on low-impact, high-repetition exercises designed to sculpt and tone the entire body. While not a yoga class, it offers a complementary approach to movement—emphasizing strength, endurance, and muscle engagement in a supportive, accessible format. It’s an excellent option for those looking to build strength, improve stability, and add variety to their weekly practice.

Yoga Fundamentals

Yoga Fundamentals
Yoga Fundamentals is a welcoming, accessible class designed to introduce the foundational postures, principles, and alignment of yoga. Ideal for those new to the practice—or anyone looking to revisit the basics—this class offers clear, step-by-step guidance through essential shapes and transitions. Emphasis is placed on building confidence, understanding proper alignment, and developing a strong foundation for a sustainable practice.

This is a more active, hatha-based class with gentle elements of vinyasa woven in to help connect breath and movement. Poses are thoughtfully broken down and explored at a steady pace, allowing time to learn, ask questions, and refine technique. Whether you’re just beginning or strengthening your foundation, this class supports you in building a safe, informed, and empowering yoga practice.

Deep Stretch + Relaxation

This hour-long class is a gentle, restorative practice designed to help you slow down, unwind, and reconnect with your body. With a focus on supported postures, soft stretching, and mindful breath, the class invites deep release through the muscles and nervous system, creating space for rest and recovery. It’s an ideal practice for tired bodies, tight areas, or anyone needing a pause from a more active routine.

Movements are slow and intentional, with plenty of time to settle into each shape and let the body be fully supported. This class is suitable for all levels and especially welcoming for those coming back to movement, navigating fatigue, or simply seeking a calming, meditative experience. You’ll leave feeling more open, grounded, and at ease in both body and mind.
